After 11 years with the Village of Maple Park Public Works Department, Paul “PJ” Johnson will retire December 31, 2017.  His last day will be December 22, 2017.

Paul has been a huge asset to the Village of Maple Park, with his talent for paving streets, picking up dog poop at the park, maintaining the civic center, etc. Not to mention, mowing lawn and snow plowing, AND giving the ladies in the office a hard time. We have all had a great time and will miss him dearly.  His replacement, Josh Jordan, started on December 11, 2017.

Paul says he will be traveling with family, and spending more time with his granddaughter.
