A public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Maple Park, Kane and DeKalb Counties, Illinois, will be held on January 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at 302 Willow Street to consider the following application:
Text amendments to Title 11, Zoning Regulations, or the Municipal Code of the Village of Maple Park regarding the color / façade and location of sheds.
Text amendments to Title 10, Building and Development Regulations, and Title 11, Zoning Regulations regarding pool definitions and permitting requirements.
Text amendments to Title 7, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Title 10, Building and Development Regulations, and Title 11, Zoning Regulations regarding trailer parking, storage, and approved parking surfaces.
