FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER SEMINAR

Buying a home is a major investment, one in which you should be confident. For a first-time homebuyer, jumping into this major life investment can be nerve-wracking, especially if you do not understand the buying process; so, let us help you ignite your power with knowledge. We dive into mortgage basics, including the difference between FHA, USDA, and other 3% down programs, PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) and why you need it; and also guest speakers from Allstate Insurance and Chicago Title will speak about homeowner insurance and title basics.
Whether you are planning to purchase next month or next year, this is your chance to ask questions, understand the process and get yourself lined up for a successful purchase.
