The Village of Maple Park is partnering with VNA Health to offer a Flu Shot Clinic at no cost to residents on Friday, September 17th from Noon to 6PM at the Maple Park Civic Center (302 Willow Street, Maple Park). Walk-ins are welcome! Please bring a picture ID. All minors will require a guardian to accompany them.
