Flu Shot Clinic – 09/30/23 – Village of Maple Park, Illinois

The Village of Maple Park is partnering with VNA Health to offer a Flu Shot Clinic to residents on Saturday, September 30th from 9AM to Noon at the Maple Park Civic Center (302 Willow Street, Maple Park). Walk-ins are welcome! Please bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance cards. If you are uninsured the cost is $45. A check can be made to VNA Health Care.

The Village of Maple Park is pleased to announce the launch of the Connect-CTY® service, our new village-to-resident notification system. With this service, village leaders can send personalized voice messages to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters.
