Cub Scout Pack 107 held its annual Pinewood Derby race on Sunday, February 15th. This year they invited the Maple Park Police Department along with Maple Park Fire Protection District, the Elburn Police Department, Elburn Fire Protection District and Elburn Public Works to design a car and compete as well in a fun spirited competition. The Maple Park Police Departments entry to the race was designed a built by Commander James Olsen. Though the fastest car on the Pinewood Derby track was that of the Elburn Police Department, all participants had fun and enjoyed supporting Cub Scout Pack 107.
