Village of Maple Park

The Village of Maple Park is partnering with VNA Health to offer a Flu Shot Clinic to residents on Saturday, September 30th from 9AM to Noon at the Maple Park Civic Center (302 Willow Street, Maple Park). Walk-ins are welcome! Please bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance cards.  If you are uninsured the cost is $45.  A check can be made to VNA Health Care.

PLEASE BE AWARE.  DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE HEAT THIS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 23, 2023 WASTE MANAGEMENT WILL BE PICKING UP GARBAGE BEGINNING AT 6:00 AM FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR DRIVERS.

Dear Residents,

In 2019, the Village Board tasked our engineering firm with conducting a study on where would be the best location to build a much-needed water tower. The water tower will hold 400,000 gallons of water and improve water pressure in the village. Taking into consideration the cost for constructing and connecting the water tower to the village’s water system, the study recommended the parcel west of Memorial Park to be the best location for building the water tower. In 2022, the Village was able to secure funding for building the water tower and in 2023, the Board awarded Maguire Iron, Inc the contract for construction of the new water tower.

Please join me, Trustees and staff tomorrow, Tuesday, August 15th at 6:00P.M. for the water tower groundbreaking ceremony at the parcel west of Memorial Park. We hope to see you there!

Maple Park Village President Suzanne Fahnestock and the Village Board would like to announce the start of construction on the needed Maple Park Water Tower West of Memorial Park in Heritage Hills subdivision.  Please be aware and alert of the temporary heavy machinery traffic on Ashton Drive Maguire Iron, Inc crews have begun this week preparing the site for the construction of the Water Tower.
